How do I get Started

What types of detergent do you use?
We offer hypoallergenic detergent, newborn baby detergent, regular detergent, you choose your when your order.
What if I do not want items put in the dryer?
We simply ask you separate that laundry at your door. We do the rest, we will return that laundry air dried as requested.
What is I have bulkier items?
LaundryGalwpb loves all laundry. While traditionally we handle the day to day laundry, we understand bulkier items like comforters, sheets and towels are time consuming for our customers as well. All we ask is that the item be able to fit in a standard washer. If so, leave it out for us and let us handle the heavier loads as well.
What is the cost ?
Laundry gal charges $1.50LB for laundry, with a $20 minimum order.
How do I leave my laundry for pick up ?
Once your service is booked, leave the laundry outside your door. You may leave it a hamper, any type of larger bag. We pick up and transfer to our bags and leave your empty hamper at your front door.
What if I need laundry returned on hangers?
Please separate this laundry and leave with hanger and we will return hanging up ready to be put away by you. We ask that you have a space where we can leave the laundry hanging at your door.
Do you iron clothes?
Typically, LaundryGalwpb provides clean laundered items. Ironed clothes can be accommodated, click contact us to discuss options available.
How soon do I receive my laundry back?
LaundryGalWPB will pick up your laundry before 8 PM and return the following day before 8 PM. Larger loads may take additional processing time, but we will point that out to you when booking.
What do I do after I book?
You sit back, relax and find something fun to do with your new found freedom.
